We’re looking for a Junior or Intermediate level Engineer for our Calgary office. If you’re passionate about sustainability and want to work for a company that’s bringing practical solutions to climate change – this may be the job for you.
This is a full-time position working out of our Calgary office and will be important to growing SES’ presence in Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients on a number of design build projects, ensuring critical project information is relayed and responded to in good time. They will gain expertise in commercial building energy auditing including collecting and preparing building data, identifying preliminary energy conservation measures, and preparation of reports. Training will be provided to support the successful candidate to further develop HVAC and building controls technical expertise as well as project management. Other duties may be assigned based on the skills and interest of the successful candidate.

- Engineering degree, eligible for Engineer in Training (EIT) status with APEGA
Experience in any of the following areas will be an asset to the successful candidate.
o Knowledge of HVAC systems

o Energy auditing
o Working collaboratively in a variety of team environments
- Central Calgary office, telecommuting options after 6 months
- Full-time 40 hours a week, 9 to 5:30, negotiable flex hours and extended vacations
